Located at the heart of the MELAKA CITY,TAMAN MELAKA RAYA ,our restaurants is simple bright and cheery.Our restaurants is fully air-condition with the capacity to fill up to 180 pax at any one time.Our bisness hour is from 8am to 11pm daily,serving good mix of customer base,include local,Indonesian,Chinese,Taiwanese,Singaporean and Westerners.

A reputable Minang chef from Padang, Indonesia describes the authentic Nasi Padang as one that is inspired by the rich textures of spice, taste and aroma. Nasi Padang, synonymous with freshness and the delicate culinary balance of the various applications of the 17 main spices, has its humble beginnings in the jungles ofIndonesia among the Minang people.

Today, Nasi Padang has its own following and in Malaysia, Indori Restaurants Sdn Bhd opened its first Indori Restaurant in Melaka Raya, Melaka, as an authentic Nasi Padang & Ikan Bakar experience. And in true following of the legends of old, the 17 herbs and spices continue this proud legacy at Indori.

Masakan Minangkabau atau masakan Padang merujuk kepada makanan orang Minangkabau di Indonesia. Nama Padang diberi kerana kota Padang adalah pusat budaya suku Minangkabau. Masakan Minangkabau adalah di kalangan makanan yang termasyhur di sepanjang kepulauan Melayu. Minangkabau perantauan membuka kedai makan Padang, terutamanya di bandar-bandar besar Indonesia. Salah satu dari rantai kedai makan tradisional paling berjaya di Indonesia telah dimajukan oleh orang Minangkabau.
