Melaka Chief Minister’s Gallery

Melaka Chief Minister’s Gallery is located at Bukit Peringgit, next to Melaka Gallery. Formerly known as the Seri Bendahara, it was once the official residence of the Chief Minister of Melaka since 1972. In 2006, this building was renovated and converted to the Melaka Chief Minister’s Gallery after the new official residence of the Chief Minister was complete in Ayer Keroh.
Today, Melaka Chief Minister’s Gallery exhibits and chronicles the life of the first Chief Ministers of Melaka to the present Chief Minsiter of Melaka, Y.A.B. Datuk Seri Haji Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam. Melaka Chief Minister’s Gallery also showcase the background and contributions of the Chief Minister to Melaka. Gifts, souvenirs and personal collections of the Chief Minister of Melaka are also among the exhibits being displayed.


You can also see the living hall and bedrooms that was used by the Chief Minister of Melaka. Most of the furniture and fittings placed here remain unchanged.

Adult – RM2.00
Children below the age of 12 – RM1.00
